Returns & Refunds Policy

Made to measure boxes are bespoke products and can not be refunded due to the immediate manufacturing process. 

Made to measure boxes can only be returned for refund if:

→ The items are damaged.

→ The internal measurements of the box are greater than ± 2.5% compared to requested size.

→ The box is not the style ordered.

If you have received any shortage or damage to your order upon arrival, please report it within 3 days of delivery to enquiries@boxesmadetomeasure.co.uk, including any photos or supporting evidence. Our team will respond accordingly.
