Tuff Wall Cardboard – Extra-Heavy-Duty Double Wall
Tuff Wall is our extra-heavy-duty Double Wall cardboard material. It uses two corrugated fluted layers and three liners, like standard Double Wall, but is manufactured from heavier and stronger board grades for more demanding packaging applications.
What is Tuff Wall cardboard?
Tuff Wall is a strengthened Double Wall corrugated board designed for applications where ordinary Double Wall may not provide enough rigidity, compression resistance or protection.
It remains a five-layer construction with two flutes and three liners. The difference comes from the heavier-duty paper grades and stronger overall board specification.
